Bedford Stuyvesant Community Partnership Success
The Community Partnerships Initiative (CPI) is succeeding in bringing neighborhood organizations together to better serve families and to keep children safe. This was the consensus among service providers participating in the Bedford Stuyvesant CPI as they hosted ACS Commissioner John Mattingly and other senior Children’s Services staff for a review of CPI activities in the community on Tuesday, October 13, 2009. |

Trip to Queens County Farm Museum
The day consisted of walking through a Corn maze, Pumpkin Picking, a Hayride and feeding the farm animals. All, seemingly, had a great time of fun and adventure, in the outdoors at the Queens County Farm Museum. |

ACS - Educational Campaign
Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and Administration for Children’s Services Commissioner John B. Mattingly launched an educational campaign titled “Be Careful Who Cares for Your Child,” urging New York parents to be cautious when leaving children with caregivers, even those who are relatives or close family friends. |
CPI Family Appreciation Day
It was a day of perfect summer fun on August 126th for more than 900 children and adults enjoying the Lake Compounce amusement park in Bristol, Connecticut. |
