Families Building Community, Steinway Child and Family Services, and The Rock Church are in the midst of planning the first annual Spring Community Fair. This special family focused event will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2011, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Rock Church located at 57-02 Hoffman Drive, NY 11373.
The purpose of the Spring Community Fair is to inform the community about the resources available to them, to address health and safety issues that affect children and the community at large. We foster the importance of educating underserved communities about the resources available to them.
We are welcoming community based organizations, community partners and various agencies to participate at this year’s event. Please complete and return the attached registration form. The deadline for the registration is May 1st, 2011. You can fax, email, or bring the registration to the next general meeting.
