NYC Parks Department - Street Games & Bringing Classic Back Art Competition

On Saturday, April 17th the NYC Parks Department will be hosting their third annual Street Games. The event is Free and open to the public for kids of all ages. The event is being held at Thomas Jefferson Park (114th Street and Park Ave, Manhattan) from 11:00A.M.-4:00P.M. The event includes thefollowing: Stick Ball, Skully, Pogo Sticks, Roller Skating, Double-Dutch, Yo Yo, Hula Hoops, Arts & Crafts, New York Knicks Groove Truck, Skateboarding Clinics (new!, Table Tennis (new!), Bringing Classic Back Art Competition (new!), The King of Spring Skateboarding Showdown & Live Music & Performances

The event is also featuring a performance by the Dance Theatre of Harlem and appearances by NY Knick Legends John Starks and Walt Frazier.

Register now! The inaugural Bringing Classic Back Art Competition celebrates the essence of events, people, and activities in New York City during the 1960s and 1970s. Artwork will be displayed and judged at Street Games.
