CCEP Summit on Education

Community Conversations in Education Summit 2010 40,000 public school teachers were surveyed by the Gates Foundation and Scholastic Inc., while 500 community members attended CCEP lead forums on education throughout the city between 2008-2010 facilitated by NYC Mission Society. Community board chairs, City Council members, business owners, non -profit executives, students, parents, and even faith-based leaders all joined the conversation. Find out what people are saying, and join the conversation about the future of education in New York City at the CCEP Summit on Education on June 12, 2010. Audience questions welcome. It's a free event open to the public. Parents, Youth, Educators, Principals, and Community Members from all five boroughs are encouraged to attend.
