The event will take place on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Public School 92 in Corona, Queens at the corner of 99th Street and 34th Avenue.
If you would like to participate, please email me the attached Consent for Tables. Please email the completed Consent for Tables letter no later than May 15, 2010. This form will serve as your confirmation. Please also be aware that you will need to provide and set up your own table and chairs. We ask that you arrive at 12:30 p.m. to set up.
